Overview Theia Classics uses third-party suppliers and carriers to ship Products. Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Typical delivery windows range from 3 to 20 days; most orders arrive within 7–15 days depending on destination and supplier.
Processing Time Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders.
Shipping Methods & Tracking We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available. Carrier details and tracking numbers are provided after shipment. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination country.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service. Free shipping promotions will be noted on the Site.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes We ship globally. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures; recipients are responsible for these charges unless otherwise stated. Delivery times to international destinations vary based on customs processing.
Delivery Estimates Estimated delivery ranges 3–20 days; most orders arrive in 7–15 days. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier delays, public holidays, or supplier issues.
Risk of Loss Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments If an order appears lost or delayed, contact support with your order number. We will work with the supplier/carrier to locate the shipment. If a shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, report within 14 days with photos and order details. We will assist with claims. If a package is marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Theia Classics is not responsible for refunding or replacing packages designated as successfully delivered.
Multiple Shipments Items in a single order may ship separately. You will be charged shipping per supplier/shipment as indicated.
